Fob Jones was hired by my Texas attorney to assist in an ancillary probate. All papers and records were sent to him, a minimum of four times, and still it took him 5 plus years to get the job done. It was not a complicated procedure, just an incompetent attorney. I still do not know why he continually lost, misplaced, or just needed another copy of the papers, but he did. It was not until I got his personal cell phone number and called him numerous times from numerous numbers that he finally spent the hour it took to take care of the matter.
My sister who is disabled was talked into using the "family" lawyer for an amicable divorce. Unfortunately, Mr. Jones did not follow through on the QDRO not file the necessary paperwork required. He failed to respond to calls and emails which eventually led to my sister having to seek an Atty to clean up his mess. Buyer beware.
