They are horrible they are rude and inconsiderate and just don't care. Surprised this company is still in business. They are in a hurry to pick up when you don't pay but when you tell them to come get it they don't show up but tell you that you must pay......... I will never ever rent from them again........ don't go there just don't do it non of there stores..........
Cheap rental store easy going, friendly people that work here I just wish that they could of gotten the original phone I wanted to work not as knowledgeable as I would of liked
Been doing business with them for awhile. Have always made my payments on time ALWAYS. Have never had any problems with them. I am super impressed with the items i have with them. They have the up most respect for you and your concerns. Hands down best business ever. They have earned my business for anything.
I have rented from them since I started renting stuff. I love the way I get treated. I don't have to go over to them and pick my stuff I just call and tell them what I'm looking for or need and they being it to me. Their customer service is awesome. They have helped me out a lot and know I have 3 kids and that I can't come in so a lot of my business is done on the phone with them and I love them for that I mostly deal with a guy named Justin he's awesome.
They were ok at first then we were a day late and were told they had to pick up the stuff well they never showed and then a week later they want to show up banging bring rude to my wife and told her to get my fing kid away from him u will be contacting bbb and Corp office DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUISNESS they don't treat customers well at all
