I was having trouble with my Honda Accord after 300,000 miles while doing a trans-continental drive and despite the fact I was CONVINCED of what was wrong, the woman who was on duty told me I was mistaken (in a friendly way) and proceeded to fix my car in less than 20 minutes. Oh, by the way, this was AFTER HOURS. And the charge for labor was MINIMAL to the point in which I insisted to pay more than what I was charged. Every person there was friendly and incredibly pleasant. THEN they gave me a FREE fresh cold beer. I wish I could break down there more often.
